Playlist European Diversity

I have created a new playlist on Spotify, that collects my current favourite songs from all the different countries in Europe, all sung in their mother tongue, respectively.

I find it really interesting to explore this topic as it traverses typical boundaries and for me, it really shows how rich Europe is in terms of languages, styles and cultures. That is an ongoing project, so the playlist will be continuously updated (at least this is my intention). Of course, I focus on the languages I know, but I am happy to receive input / recommendations from you, who’s reading this post right now 🙂

A side remark: the English language normally is very dominant in the music industry, so that’s why I try to produce a counterweight here.
